MOONRING（以下「当方」）は、App Store で提供する iPhone・iPad 向けアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 取得する情報
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報、連絡先、写真、端末の識別子などの個人を特定できる情報を取得・収集しません。本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は必要ありません。
本アプリの中で入力・保存された内容（設定、学習の記録など）は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。これらのデータは、本アプリを削除すると端末から削除されます。
2. 情報の利用目的
当方は本アプリを通じて個人情報を取得しないため、本アプリを通じて取得した個人情報を利用することはありません。
3. 第三者への提供
当方は、利用者の個人情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有することはありません。ただし、法令に基づき開示を求められた場合を除きます。
4. トラッキング
本アプリは、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいで利用者を追跡する目的（トラッキング）で情報を利用しません。
5. Apple によるデータの取り扱い
本アプリのダウンロード、購入、クラッシュレポート（利用者が共有を許可した場合）などの情報は、Apple Inc. のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて Apple が取り扱います。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリには、お子さまにもご利用いただける学習アプリが含まれます。本アプリは、お子さまを含むすべての利用者から個人情報を取得しません。
7. お問い合わせで受け取った情報
サポートのためにメールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、いただいたメールアドレスとお問い合わせの内容は、ご返信と対応のためだけに使用し、それ以外の目的には使用しません。
8. 安全管理
当方は、お問い合わせで受け取った情報を、漏えい・紛失・不正アクセスなどから守るため、適切な安全管理に努めます。

Privacy Policy (English)
MOONRING (“we”) has established this Privacy Policy for the iPhone and iPad applications we provide on the App Store (the “Apps”).
1. Information We Collect
The Apps do not collect any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. No account registration is required to use the Apps.
Any content you enter or save in the Apps (such as settings and learning records) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. This data is deleted from your device when you delete the App.
2. Use of Information
Since we do not collect personal information through the Apps, we do not use any personal information obtained through the Apps.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, provide, or share your personal information with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
4. Tracking
The Apps do not use information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
5. Data Handled by Apple
Information such as downloads, purchases, and crash reports (if you choose to share them) is handled by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.
6. Children’s Privacy
Some of the Apps are educational apps that children may use. The Apps do not collect personal information from any users, including children.
7. Information Received Through Inquiries
If you contact us by email for support, we will use your email address and the content of your inquiry only to respond to you and will not use them for any other purpose.
